LANDLORD FEES

Landlords’ are required to pay us a fee for the service we provide and the fee charged is dependent on the level of service a Landlord requires. Our standard fees are as follows:

Let Only Service – 6% plus VAT of the total rent collected for the rental period.

Letting & Rent Collection Service – 8% plus VAT.

Full Management Service – 10.5% plus VAT

TENANTS DEPOSIT

All deposits paid by tenants must be registered with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme within 30 days of the tenancy commencing. Where Wrights Estate Agents are commissioned to register the Deposit this will be done with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and we will send them the deposit monies to hold until the end of the tenancy.

Where a Landlord registers the deposit we will require the name of the scheme to which the Landlord is registered and the Landlord ID Number.

Wrights Estate Agents are members of Money Shield Client Money Protection Scheme and The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
